Executive Jet Management (EJM) is seeking a Pilot in Command for a Falcon 900EX EASy based in Austin, TX. You will lead safe, compliant flight operations on a new three-pilot account, with a dedicated maintenance technician, flying ~350 hours per year under Part 135.

You will manage crew, flight planning, risk mitigation, and passenger service while maintaining regulatory compliance and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate within SOPs and coordinate with EJM personnel.
• Serve as Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator per policy.
• Perform preflight tasks, verify maintenance, report discrepancies, oversee fueling and ground services.
• Provide clear passenger briefings and assist passengers with special needs.

Join a new, three-pilot account supported by a dedicated maintenance technician and fly approximately 350 hours annually under EJM’s Part 135 certificate. As Captain, you will own the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the aircraft while delivering exceptional service to owners and passengers.

What You’ll Do

• Take final responsibility for safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations.
• Ensure crewing and trip assignments satisfy company and regulatory requirements.
• Perform comprehensive flight planning, performance calculations, and weight and balance.
• Lead briefings using the Threats, Plans and Considerations methodology to mitigate operational risk.
• Operate within company Standard Operating Procedures and coordinate with EJM personnel.
• Serve as the Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator per company policy.
• Conduct thorough preflight tasks; verify maintenance status and mission readiness; record discrepancies; oversee fueling, oil, oxygen, and ground services per SOPs.
• Deliver clear passenger briefings and support special needs, including accommodations for passengers with disabilities.
• Employ Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) to communicate effectively during normal, abnormal, and emergency operations.
• Provide high‑touch service to owners and passengers; identify improvements, resolve service deviations, and collaborate with crew and internal EJM partners.
• Resolve conflicts and operational challenges professionally and promptly.
• Maintain required training and recent experience; comply with the Safety Management System; report safety or compliance concerns through proper channels.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring

• Prior Part 135 operational experience.
• Residence in Austin, Texas, or willingness to relocate.
• FAA type rating in the Falcon 900EX EASy preferred.
• Minimum Flight Experience: 3,500 hours total; 1,500 hours Multi Engine Land (MEL); 2,000 hours Pilot in Command; 500 hours PIC MEL; 300 hours instrument; 500 hours jet time.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position and maintain required training and recency.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment drug screening and background checks.
