Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 1+ years hands-on experience in assembly, testing, maintenance, repair, or installation, OR a certificate from an accredited trade skills program OR experience at a SpaceX site in manufacturing, maintenance, testing, or materials management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) is preferred.
• Experience in an aerospace, propulsion, or launch environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain ground support equipment for booster lifting and transit operations.
• Perform high-pressure operations on powered and unpowered boosters.
• Execute large-scale lifts involving flight hardware with safety and precision.
• Proficiently use mechanical tools and heavy machinery.
• Maintain and troubleshoot fluid and electromechanical systems from schematics or drawings.
• Support site preventative maintenance per asset management system.
• Collaborate with engineers to reduce takt times and improve repeatability.
• Adapt to fast-paced, high-demand work environments; support launch campaigns.
