Roles are open for full-time positions or telehealth services, catering to individuals, families, and couples, with a special emphasis on integrating faith-based principles into therapy.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans with a faith-based perspective.
2. Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week for full-time clinicians.
3. Provide exceptional client service, rooted in Christian compassion and understanding.
4. Utilize creative, faith-integrated interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
5. Prepare and submit session documentation in line with company and faith-based protocols.
6. Coordinate services with various stakeholders, including church communities and faith leaders.
7. Participate in clinical meetings, training sessions, and community outreach, reflecting our faith-based mission.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

1. A master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
2. Texas clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LP) is essential.
3. Proficiency in faith-integrated therapy approaches.
4. Experience in completing treatment plans and clinical case notes.
5. Strong communication skills, with an ability to connect with clients on a spiritual level.
6. Commitment to upholding Christian values in professional practice.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

1. Fully licensed mental health professionals with Texas licensure.
2. Experience in couples and family therapy with a faith-based approach.
3. Familiarity with therapy services, community resources, and mental health documentation from a faith perspective.

Compensation:
