Qualifications

• Must have in-depth knowledge of biblical money and finances and apply it in client counsel.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and numerical skills.
• 3+ years of financial planning/financial services experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customized financial plans tailored to client goals and circumstances.
• Develop high-quality reports and presentations reflecting Blue Trust’s planning philosophy.
• Provide cash flow analyses, including bonuses and stock option planning.
• Assist with tax planning, gifting opportunities, and estate considerations.
• Support senior advisors with client meetings and follow‑ups and maintain client notes.
