Qualifications

• Valid Florida Teaching Certification.
• Experience teaching across PK3–8th grade including specials.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a changing calendar and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Model mature Christian faith in daily life and classroom conduct.
• Integrate biblical principles into instruction and student interactions.
• Be available 7AM–8PM for substitute coordination and communication.
• Fill PK3-8th grade classrooms including specials and coordinate substitutes.
• Train substitutes on lesson plans, duties, and classroom protocols.
• Coordinate substitute calendars and respond to staff needs.
• Attend staff meetings and devotional times; support co-curricular activities.
