Job summary

Jubilee seeks a Retail Professional to support the store ministry across Lebanon County, Manheim, and Wernersville. You will provide friendly customer service at the store and dock, and operate the register as part of a cross-functional team.

You will help keep shelves stocked, process donations, assist with loading/unloading, and participate in staff meetings while upholding Jubilee’s Mission and Core Values.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for store and dock visitors
• Operate the register as scheduled
• Assist management with returns and customer concerns
• Open/close store and dock per instructions
• Keep shelves stocked and displays attractive, and maintain cleanliness and organization
• Process donations according to policy
• Assist with loading/unloading purchases and donations
• Attend staff meetings and team building
• Represent Jubilee’s Mission, Core Values, and Employee Code of Conduct
