Mission 1:27 is seeking an Adventure Center Director in Gainesville, GA, to lead faith-centered afterschool and summer programs, shaping culture and community impact.

You will build trust with children, families, staff, and partners, creating spaces where individuals are known, valued, and spiritually nurtured. This role requires leadership, relational integrity, and a heart to empower a mission-aligned team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in children’s ministry, education, Christian leadership, or youth development.
• Active Christian faith and church involvement.
• Strong communication, leadership, and public relations skills.
• Ability to manage teams, programs, and relationships with integrity and excellence.
• Creativity, flexibility, humility, and a teachable spirit.

Responsibilities

• Drive life-changing impact by leading a high-quality afterschool and summer camp program rooted in faith, excellence, and purpose.
