Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Background check required.
• Knowledge of Catholic School Mission and Philosophy.
• Demonstrated classroom management and age-appropriate teaching skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction and create learning objectives for diverse learners.
• Proficiency in educational technology and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills with faculty, parents, and administrators.
• Active participation in faculty meetings and professional development opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Plan and teach engaging lessons in core subjects (Mathematics, Language Arts, Science, and Social Studies) following diocesan guidelines and grade-level standards while weaving in Catholic values.
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive classroom environment that celebrates diversity and helps learners develop foundational academic, social, and spiritual skills.
• Communicate regularly with families, conduct conferences, and provide updates to support student growth and school-home connection.
• Assess and document student progress using developmentally appropriate methods; adjust instruction to meet individual learning needs.
• Lead daily prayer, religious activities, and faith-based discussions aligning with Catholic teachings.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and administration to maintain consistent educational approaches and positive school culture.
• Engage in professional development and contribute to the school’s mission in an urban, faith-filled environment.
