Diocese of Austin is seeking a compassionate Childcare Provider for a Catholic Daycare within its parish community. The role focuses on safety, nurturing development, and faith-based guidance for children in a welcoming environment.

This full-time position requires a High School Diploma or GED, prior childcare experience, CPR/First Aid, and commitment to EIM policies. Weekend, evening, and holiday hours may be required; you will collaborate with staff and communicate with families to support

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Texas Education Agency acceptable).
• Prior childcare experience preferred in daycare or preschool settings.
• Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children in a daycare setting.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities promoting development.
• Foster a positive environment aligned with Catholic values and teachings.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about children's progress and activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe environment per health and safety regulations.
• Support individual needs and encourage respectful interactions among children.
• Assist with meals, naps, and daily routines.
