Qualifications

• Education or equivalent experience: Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required; Master's Degree in relevant field preferred.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in related field.
• Mental health training and/or experience in a professional mental health field is preferred.
• Specialized training recommended in ministry, public or business administration, social science, case management, addiction recovery, problem solving and/or decision making.
• Possess good oral and written communication skills.
• Possess ability to speak the truth in love while accurately interpreting communication within relationships.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• If applicant is in recovery a minimum of 5 years of living clean and sober is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and guidance to guests through education, counseling, case management and social service support.
• Deliver evidence-based recovery educational services that are biblically supported and twelve-step compatible.
• Assess and facilitate therapeutic group sessions and individual counseling.
• Maintain guest care quality and consistency, manage guest data, and coordinate internal/external services.
• Develop relationships with volunteers and partners while representing the ministry as needed.
