Summary

Prepare breakfast, AM and PM snacks, and deliver them to individual classrooms. Prepare milk for lunch and deliver it to classrooms. Menus will be planned, and food supplies ordered and stocked by the main Dietitian.

Duties

• Assess nutritional needs, diet restrictions, and current health plans to develop and implement dietary-care plans and provide nutritional counseling.
• Monitor food service operations to ensure conformance to nutritional, safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Inspect meals served for conformance to prescribed diets and standards of palatability and appearance.

Requirements

• Manage the preparation of special meals or diets.
