Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Background check and Protecting God's Children (PGC) training required.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Excellent human relations and interpersonal skills; must be a self-starter and organized.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a school environment.
• Ability to pass criminal history/background check.

Responsibilities

• Serve as after-school caregiver and supervisor 3:00–6:00 p.m. Mon–Fri (occasional longer hours on early release days).
• Support faith formation and school activities in line with Catholic teachings.
• Supervise parent helpers, ensure safety, and manage classroom materials and field trips as needed.
• Maintain a positive, orderly, and respectful learning environment.
• Demonstrate professional responsibility and appropriate dress.
