The resort emphasizes gracious hospitality, quality, and diversity, aiming to provide the best of Minnesota.

We are seeking a seasonal full-time Fairways Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent guest service, manage staff, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Ensuring the dining room is properly set and organized.
  2. Maintaining a comfortable environment (lighting, temperature, music, cleanliness).
  3. Checking menus, desserts, and bread from the bakery.
  4. Managing reservations and building floor plans.
  5. Communicating with staff about VIPs, special occasions, and dietary restrictions.
  6. Handling cash, liquor inventory, and FOH inventory.
  7. Conducting pre-shift briefings and monitoring service flow.
  8. Ensuring top-tier guest service and staff performance.
  9. Participating in budget monitoring and attending weekly meetings.
  10. Maintaining safety and emergency procedures.
  11. Ensuring consistent attendance and performing other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent listening, speaking, and writing skills.

  • Effective time management.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 3 years of related experience or training.
