Fairway Pines, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Cook to join our growing team!

Located in Sauk Centre, Minnesota, Fairway Pines was voted Best Assisted Living in Minnesota in 2023. We are conveniently situated just off Main Street, east of the Old Course Sauk Centre, close to shopping, restaurants, and more. Our team is creative, fun, and dedicated to helping our residents Age Magnificently.

Shifts:

Part-Time (11:15am-6:15pm every other weekend, weekdays 2pm-6pm)

Wage:

$17.50-$22.50

About the Role:

If you are compassionate and passionate about enriching the lives of others, we want you to join our team. As a Cook/Chef, you will become part of a family that impacts the lives of our residents in a Lifespark Senior Living Community.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food according to planned menus, diet plans, recipes, and safety standards.
  • Assist in cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment, and utensils.
  • Check trays for menu and diet accuracy and preferences.
  • Ensure proper storage of food and supplies.
  • Review and implement diet changes, maintaining menus accordingly.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in senior living settings is preferred.
  • Ability to relate professionally and positively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Advanced computer skills, including email usage.
