Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to all guests
• Set up and maintain an attractive, organized breakfast bar
• Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies
• Order or purchase food supplies
• Prepare foods such as fresh fruit, coffee, and juices
• Stock coffee, juice, and milk machines
• Set up serving dishes, utensils, cups, and paper products
• Arrange cold foods for self-service
• Clean tables, wipe spills, clear trash
• Restock self-service items as needed
• Wash and store serving equipment

Minimum Qualifications

• Respond effectively to guest requests and complaints
• At least six months of restaurant experience, including breakfast service
• Availability to work 5:30am - 11:00am, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand/walk for full shifts and perform physical tasks
