MOFGA is seeking a capable Administrator/Manager to oversee administrative and retail operations during the Common Ground Country Fair. The role handles exhibitor workflows, CRM, and retail store forecasting, while supervising staff and volunteers and coordinating with the Fair Director.

This on-site position in Unity, Maine offers a comprehensive benefits package and a salary in the mid-to-upper range for the region. A flexible hybrid arrangement may be discussed during the hiring process.

• Experience planning and executing events while managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of administrative data.
• Outstanding written, proofreading, and interpersonal communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success leading, supervising, and training small teams and volunteers.
• Strong computer literacy including CRM, Office suites and CMS platforms.

Mansioni

• Coordinate planning team members to keep exhibitor materials updated.
• Manage exhibitor applications, contracts, and related correspondence.
• Provide oversight to Planning Team to ensure timely delivery per MOFGA policies.
• Manage the Fair CRM and ensure accurate data entry.
• Forecast merchandise inventory and coordinate vendor orders for the Country Store.
