Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business management preferred or equivalent on the job training.
• 3-5 years of associated compliance business related experience.
• CRCM certification or professional equivalent (required or preferred).

Responsibilities

• Analyze UDAAP compliance risks and fair lending compliance risks.
• Develop risk assessments to meet strategic goals and relationships with compliance staff.
• Prepare monitoring reports and management reports on regulatory compliance performance.
