Juicy Foods is seeking energetic Back of House team members to join our Fair Foods crew in Bloomington, MN. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of a dynamic food service team, this is the opportunity for you.

Join us to help bring great food to life and contribute to a high-energy kitchen culture. Experience in kitchen or BOH is preferred but not required; the role supports peak event times and evenings/weekends.

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, standards, and quality expectations


• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and work station at all times


• Assist with food prep, portioning, and staging for high-volume service


• Monitor food temperatures and ensure proper food handling and safety protocols


• Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift to ensure seamless operations


• Collaborate with front and back of house team members to ensure timely food production


• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines as required

Requirements

• Previous kitchen, food prep, or BOH experience preferred but not required


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume food service environment


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency


• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player


• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs


• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one


• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and peak event times
