Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering; Master's preferred.
• 3–5 years in failure analysis within electronics/semiconductor industries.
• Experience with SEM, EDX and XRF techniques.
• Knowledge of reliability testing and environmental stress screening methods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed failure analysis on electronic components and systems to identify root causes of defects and malfunctions.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to assess product failures and generate comprehensive reports.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to develop corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Implement and manage failure analysis processes and methodologies to ensure consistent and accurate results.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Maintain detailed documentation of analysis procedures, findings, and corrective actions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in failure analysis techniques and technologies.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians in the failure analysis process.
