• Experience leading cross-functional teams or projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transition planning and onboarding for incoming research faculty, including timelines and milestones.
• Manage logistics across facilities, IT, procurement, and HR; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain stakeholder communications, status reports, and onboarding resources.
• Track onboarding progress, identify bottlenecks, and support continuous improvement.
• Participate in cross-functional committees and advisement on research operations.
