I. RECRUITMENT PLAN













































The George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates (MFA) is seeking a full-time faculty member in the Department of Surgery in the Division of Otolaryngology with a primary interest in Otology and Neurotology. The MFA is an independent, non-profit clinical practice group affiliated with the George Washington University. This position is non-tenure track and will be made at a rank (Assistant/Associate/Full Professor) commensurate with experience.






The Department of Surgery's faculty are committed to patient care, cohesive and focused team building, administrative leadership, as well as resident and medical student education.




Applicants must be board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Otolaryngology, eligible for DC, Maryland, and Virginia medical licensure, and have completed a 2-year GME-accredited Neurotology fellowship at the time of appointment. Applicants must also demonstrate clinical experience as documented by residency and fellowship clinical case logs and faculty references. Applicants must demonstrate excellence in teaching as evidenced by teaching evaluations, excellence in research as evidenced by scholarly publications or works in progress, and excellence in clinical care as evidenced by experience and professional references.
