Job summary

Mass General Brigham Cancer Institute in Boston seeks board-certified or board-eligible clinicians for a faculty-based position in classical hematology. The appointee will provide clinical care, join multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to teaching within Harvard Medical School.

Appointment at Instructor, Assistant Professor, or Associate Professor level, full or part-time, commensurate with experience. MD or MD-PhD and Internal Medicine board certification required.

Faculty Position – Classical Hematology

Department of Medicine

The Mass General Brigham Cancer Institute (MGBCI), Division of Hematology/Oncology currently seeks applications from board-certified or board-eligible classical hematologists for a faculty-based position.

A record of success in the clinical care of classical hematology patients is essential. The incumbent will also join a disease-specific multidisciplinary team on the main campus and/or community facilities. Candidates should be caring, compassionate, willing to involve patients and families in the decision-making process, and able to coordinate care with colleagues in various departments. Candidates must also be motivated to work with leadership teams in the community and the main campus.

Appointment as an Instructor, Assistant Professor or Associate Professor, full or part-time, at the Harvard Medical School will be commensurate with experience, training and achievements in addition to teaching activities. Suitable candidates will have an MD or an MD-PhD, and Board Certification in Internal Medicine.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $300,000–$600,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
