Using techniques such as fluoroscopy, CT, or ultrasound to precisely target and navigate instruments within the brain, spine, or peripheral nervous system. Administer local anesthesia or sedation as needed to ensure patient comfort during procedures.
5. Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy of imaging studies within the neuroradiology practice. This involves adhering to established protocols for image acquisition, interpretation, and reporting, as well as participating in quality improvement initiatives and peer review processes to ensure the highest level of patient care.
