The Department of Radiation Oncology at University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center and Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine is recruiting two radiation oncologists to join our rapidly growing faculty.
With continued expansion across three of our nine radiation oncology locations, we are seeking exceptional physicians interested in careers that can be tailored to their individual strengths and aspirations, ranging from highly focused clinical practice to clinical-academic positions with protected academic time.
These positions represent an opportunity to join a department during a defining period of growth, investment, and transformation.
Over the past five years, the Department of Radiation Oncology at University Hospitals has undergone one of the most substantial periods of growth and investment in its history. Clinical volume has approximately doubled, our geographic footprint has expanded across Northeast Ohio, and the health system has made major investments in technology, faculty, research infrastructure, and clinical operations.
We are building a department designed not simply to participate in the future of radiation oncology, but to help define it.
New faculty will join a collaborative and ambitious group with the resources, institutional support, technology, clinical volume, and academic infrastructure to build a highly individualized and impactful career.
Our department has deliberately built a culture that recognizes that exceptional departments are created by exceptional people, not simply productivity metrics.

We are recruiting two outstanding, team-oriented radiation oncologists.
Each position can be individualized based on the candidate's career goals and qualifications, ranging from a predominantly or exclusively clinical role to a clinical-academic position with up to approximately 30% protected academic time.
Academic activities may include clinical investigation, translational research, education, quality and safety, informatics, artificial intelligence, health services research, clinical trial leadership, or other areas aligned with the candidate's interests and expertise.
Faculty appointments will be through Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, with academic rank commensurate with experience and qualifications.
We are looking for physicians who combine clinical excellence with the qualities that define an exceptional colleague.
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
Above all, we seek physicians who want to be part of a department that is continuing to evolve.
