Summary

The Math Program at Saint Xavier University invites applicants for a full-time, open-rank Tenure-Track Faculty Position in Mathematics. The Math program supports the General Education math requirement, Middle Level and Secondary Education Math majors, a math minor, and various other majors and minors, particularly in the sciences.

Start date is in the Fall of 2025. Rank depends on credentials and years of experience; salary commensurate with experience.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Teach 12 credit hours each semester in mathematics courses in both introductory and advanced undergraduate math courses
  • Produce scholarship, including peer-reviewed publications
  • Participate in department, college, and university service

Qualifications

  • Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Experience developing and teaching highly effective undergraduate Mathematics courses.
  • Evidence of or potential for peer-reviewed publications
