Identifies and documents student performance or conduct concerns, implements appropriate remediation plans, and follows institutional policies for disciplinary action or dismissal when warranted. Evaluates learning resources such as reference material, audio/visual aids, computer-assisted learning programs, and library acquisitions. Performs other duties as assigned. Designs, develops, and delivers high-quality instruction and course materials including syllabi, assessments, and clinical assignments. Assesses student performance through timely grading, feedback, office hours, clinical, and formal evaluation.
