Job summary

The Mayo Clinic Family Medicine Residency Program in Eau Claire, Wisconsin is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine teaching physician to join our team. Our residency program trains exceptional family medicine physicians through a collaborative, patient- and family-centered approach.

We offer a 5-5-5 residency with a 1-1-1 Rural Track, opportunities to expand Family Medicine research, and a strong emphasis on team-based care within an integrated system.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Family Medicine; eligible to teach residents in a 5-5-5 program.
• Experience in teaching and supervising resident physicians.
• Willingness to provide inpatient care and participate in teaching.
• Interest in prenatal care and labor/delivery is optional.

Responsibilities

• Teach and supervise Mayo Clinic Family Medicine residents in a community-based 5-5-5 residency.
• Provide inpatient coverage for Family Medicine Teaching Service patients.
• Collaborate with hospitalists and other departments to deliver team-based care.
