Job summary

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) invites applications for a Professional Development Manager, Faculty Affairs, Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine. The role focuses on designing and delivering professional development, leadership training, and continuing education for faculty, staff, and administrators.

The position partners with the CME Director and CME Manager, manages budgets, and reports on program quality and outcomes, using hybrid delivery platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and three years of related experience.
• Two years in program/project management or commensurate experience, plus one year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Create, design, coordinate, and execute professional development programs for faculty, staff, and administrators at the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine.
• Lead projects and deliver training focused on leadership development, teaching skills, organizational effectiveness, and continuing education.
• Support CME-related professional development programming in collaboration with the CME Director and CME Manager.
