Job summary

UNLV is seeking a Professional Development Manager for Faculty Affairs within the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine. This role will coordinate and deliver professional development programs for faculty and staff, including CME-related training, while managing budgets and evaluation metrics.

The candidate will design and implement content on leadership development, teaching skills, and organizational effectiveness, working across a hybrid delivery model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Three years of related experience; two years in program/project management; one year of management experience.
• Credentials must be obtained prior to the employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead professional development programs for faculty, staff, and administrators.
• Design, coordinate, and execute professional development and continuing education initiatives.
• Support CME-related training with the CME Director and CME Manager; manage the professional development budget.
• Deliver programming via hybrid platforms; develop evaluation tools and provide metrics on outcomes.
