Harvard University seeks an Administrative Assistant to support faculty at Harvard Business School. This hybrid role requires strong organizational skills and experience in administrative support. You'll manage complex calendars, support teaching and research materials, and provide liaison services between faculty and students.

As the faculty’s administrative assistant, this role provides helpful tactical and administrative support to our faculty in service of Harvard Business School’s mission. Reporting to a Manager of Unit and Faculty Support, the Faculty Administrative Assistant supports faculty with complex administrative duties related to their teaching, research, and other responsibilities. The assistant acts as a seamless extension of the faculty they support and works closely with other assistants across ten academic units, as well as the manager. Faculty Administrative Assistants also assist peers on activities that support teaching, research, finance, and other departments.

This is a hybrid position combining remote and onsite work at our Boston, MA campus. Harvard expects all staff to be onsite 3 days per week. Advantages and work location details will be discussed during the interview process. Employees in hybrid positions must work in a Harvard registered state in compliance with the University’s policy on employment outside of Massachusetts.
This position is salary grade level 053.
