A leading education services provider is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to oversee a designated group of clients. The role requires strong communication skills and a background in sales to build relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and advocate for their needs. Candidates must have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience and a 4-year degree. Experience with FACTS products is essential. This position focuses on collaboration and client engagement to drive success.

Responsible for a designated group of FACTS clients utilizing one or more of FACTS' products, AE, SIS, Tuition Management and Financial Needs Assessment. This position works collaboratively with other departments to create client strategy to leverage FACTS best practices and to deliver a level of customer satisfaction that exceeds expectations.
The role involves building strong collaborative relationships with clients, generating additional revenue opportunities and positive referrals to be used with prospective FACTS clients.
Salary range for this role is: $80,000- $85,000.

Candidates for this role must be located or willing to relocate to the greater New York City area.
EDUCATION:
Minimum of 4-year undergraduate degree (or equivalent), preferably in business and/or technology.
