Closet Factory in the Tampa area is seeking factory associates to manufacture wood components for our line of closets and storage solutions. The role involves preparing jobs, checking quality, and assembling tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with basic hand tools and wood shop operations is valuable; edge bander or CNC experience is a plus. We offer full-time positions, year-round work, training, and 401K.

Our company, Closet Factory, is the custom storage solution authority serving the worldwide need for custom space organization throughout the home. We design, sell and install custom closets, home offices, garages, home theaters, pantries, bookshelves and more. Our products are of the highest quality. We have been in business for over 43 years and have locations across the country. We have experienced substantial, long-term growth and as a result are searching for another member to add to our close-knit team of people to manufacture our products.

Our factory produces all of the wood parts to our complete product line using the 32-millimeter system. Members of our factory prepare each job and check it for accuracy and quality before it is sent to the client’s home. Furniture assembly experience would be a valuable asset. Experience using sliding table saws, Edge banding tools and CNC equipment are encouraged to contact us.
