What you can expect each day:

• A factory forklift driver, also known as a forklift operator or material handler, isresponsable for safely moving materials around a factory or warehouse using a forklift.Their duties include:
• Moving materials:Transporting goods between production lines, storage areas, and loading docks.
• Loading and unloading:Picking, packing, and loading products onto and off trailers.
• Stacking:Stacking loads in the correct storage bays.
• Maintenance:Performing regular maintenance checks on the forklift and other equipment.
• Safety:Ensuring that forklift driving areas are clear of obstructions and spills, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Documentation:Completing forms and handling documentation.
• Record keeping:Maintaining accurate production records and reports of issues.
