Job Overview

Bullfrog Spas has a great opportunity at our Gurnee, IL Factory Store location to seek a career-minded leader to support the retail sales team objectives and day-to-day activities with a highly professional service encompassing floor management, team supervision, and stock and display management, to ensure smooth running of all designated operations and to support a culture of continuous improvement. This position requires a person with strong analytical skills, excellent leadership abilities, and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities for Store Manager
  1. Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
  2. Run special events in-store as well as arrange and plan off-site events for additional sales opportunities.
  3. Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
  4. Undertake customer service, sales activities, and floor activities as required to ensure service standards are always met and sales opportunities maximized.
  5. Maintain awareness of security issues and safety of personnel.
  6. Conduct team huddles to keep your team aware of any changes or updates.
  7. Ensure banking is up to date and all cash requirements are met.
  8. Develop individual quotas and assign leads for team members.
  9. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
  10. Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.
  11. Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
  12. Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.
  13. Recruit, hire, and train sales team members.
  14. Maintain, service, and present the store effectively.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrates professionalism and high interpersonal skills to handle sensitive, confidential, and stressful situations in a fast-paced environment, maintaining tact, positivity, and diplomacy.
  • Excellent customer service skills, along with strong written and verbal communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Makes effective decisions with minimal supervision and information.
  • Problem-solving, team-oriented, and collaborative attitude.
  • Initiative to improve efficiency; quick learner capable of developing skills rapidly.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills to handle several concurrent tasks effectively.
  • Effective time management, good judgment in setting priorities, attention to detail, and workload management.
  • Ability to anticipate store needs and balance workload.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; PowerPoint preferred; ability to learn additional cloud-based programs like SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Asana, etc.
  • Desire for continuous learning and development for future growth.
  • High School Diploma required; College education a plus.

Job Type: Full-time, with a lucrative earning potential selling spas.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
