Job summary

Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Quality Specialist for the Hartwell site to support implementation and maintenance of Quality Systems. You will assist in documentation, auditing, and in developing new quality processes, including Net Contents control.

The role requires 2+ years in quality systems or related fields, and a biology/chemistry background. A strong emphasis is placed on compliance, data management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quality systems, auditing, food safety, or quality document control experience.
• Two year Biology/Chemistry degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support, audit, and maintain Quality Systems on site (QMS, document control, change control).
• Prepare for and manage internal audits and oversight of change control programs.
• Develop SOPs and Job Aids; manage TPM activities and cost-saving projects.
• Ensure up-to-date quality documents and data reporting for QIR.

Position Summary

As a Quality Specialist, you will support the Hartwell factory in the implementation, coordination, and maintenance of the Nestle Purina Quality Systems. You will support the documentation and auditing of these programs by updating files and assisting in all aspects of quality management. The Specialist will also fulfill the role of Net Contents Specialist for the Hartwell site, where you will develop and enhance any new Quality systems for the plant, always striving for the next higher level of compliance.

Primary Responsibilities:

Support, audit, and maintain theQualitySystems on site includingQualityMonitoring Scheme (QMS), Document control, Change control, Food Safety Team agenda, and Net Content Control. Assist in the yearly management review ofQuality(MRQ).

Support and coordinate the Job Aid development including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)

Continually develop, support and maintain both internal and externalQualityauditing systems for the Hartwell site.

Prepare for and manage factory internal audits. Manage planning and scheduling for local internal audit.

Ensure thatqualitydocuments are kept up to date. Oversee the document change control program.

Data management and reporting forQualityData Collection System (QIR).

Participate in TPM (Total Performance Management) activities, cost saving initiatives, and projects.

Basic Qualifications

• Education:High school diploma or GED equivalent

Experience:

2+ years ofqualitysystems, auditing, food safety,qualitydocument control, related experience within a manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment

Other

• Two year Biology/Chemistry degree or equivalent preferred

The approximate yearly pay range for this position is $67,820 - $98,150 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
