Yakult USA, the world's leading probiotic drink manufacturer located in Fountain Valley, is seeking three 3rd shift Factory Production Supervisors. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience in a Food or Beverage manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

• Location: Fountain Valley, CA
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K with matching, Paid Holidays & PTO
• Work Hours: Monday – Saturday, 11:00 pm - 8:00 am
• Salary: $78,000/year (Exempt)

Requirements

• 10+ years in Food or Beverage manufacturing, with supervisory experience
• High School diploma or GED
• Strong leadership skills managing 30+ employees
• Experience in training, conflict resolution, and team management
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability to work any assigned hours, including early mornings and late nights
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily factory operations, ensuring safety, quality, sanitation, and compliance with HACCP and FDA regulations
• Schedule and orient employees, conduct training, and manage employee relations
• Coordinate with Production and Factory Managers, report issues, and oversee inventory control
• Maintain safety standards and prepare for audits and inspections
• Ensure equipment and personnel operate safely and efficiently
• Enforce company policies and investigate incidents
• Perform food safety duties and other assigned tasks
