Qualifications

• Fluent in English and German (oral/written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Enrolled student in a field related to mechanical engineering, finance/controlling, industrial engineering, architecture/civil engineering or related area.

Responsibilities

• Support FP team with building and conveyor projects, aiming for highest quality.
• Prepare and support documentation within project coordination.
• Detail planning scopes and create decision papers, schedules and cost reports.
• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
• Organize and prep different meetings and workshops.
• Record milestones, project status and financial tracking.
