Job summary

Woodhaven Furniture in Coolidge, Georgia is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee the Upholstery, Cut & Sew, and Shipping departments. You will provide leadership to supervisors and team leaders while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and customer service targets are met.

Lead day-to-day factory execution, align people, processes, and priorities, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Preferred: supervision across multiple departments.
• Highly desirable: furniture, upholstery, textile, or wood products background.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; proficient with ERP and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Directing multiple production areas and front-line leaders to deliver output, quality, and on-time performance.
• Coaching, developing, and holding teams accountable to clear standards.
• Identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements that increase efficiency.
• Partnering with Planning, Maintenance, Quality, HR, and Supply Chain to meet business goals.
• Using data, ERP tools, and reporting to track performance and solve problems.
