Job summary

Wilson Sporting Goods Co. in Ada, Ohio, is seeking a Maintenance Tech to perform maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery, install and remove machines, and help maintain the plant’s buildings.

You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, manage parts inventory, and work with maintenance staff to ensure continuous operation. The role offers a first-shift schedule with paid benefits and opportunities for advancement after completing the Maintenance Essentials Training

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent. A Technical Degree is preferred.
• Exposure to PLCs and Ladder Logic is a plus.
• Must complete Maintenance Essentials Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
• Install, remove and repair machines; maintain plant buildings and inventory.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems and record downtime.
