Job summary

Magna International is seeking a reliable janitorial associate at our Cosma facility in Liberty, Missouri. You will perform cleaning, disinfecting, and general housekeeping to support a safe, productive manufacturing environment.

Key duties include empting trash, sweeping, mopping, disposing of waste, operating a floor scrubber, and maintaining restrooms and break areas. You must lift up to 55 pounds and work safely with PPE.

• Able to be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of operating a floor scrubber and learning new equipment.

• Understands and follows written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Empties trash and recyclables into appropriate bins.
• Cleans, sweeps, and mops break areas, rest rooms and offices.
• Maintains plant equipment cleanliness as required.
• Performs disinfecting and cleaning of areas.
• Ensures janitorial materials are clean and properly stored when not in use.
• Operates floor scrubber daily and supports safety policies.
• Assists in preventing hazards and follows spill procedures.
