Job summary

EasyCare Recruiting in Greensboro, NC is seeking skilled automotive technicians to diagnose and repair client and dealership vehicles while maintaining positive client relationships. You'll work in a shop that values integrity and ethics, with opportunities to attend company and factory training.

The role offers a training program toward certification for the right candidate and access to two bays in a dealership setting. Prior factory certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience or training; or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Examineand diagnose vehicles
• Discuss repairs with shop foreman or service advisor
• Communicate additional service requests to service advisor
• Plan work procedures in cooperation with shop foreman
• Monitor repair time and update service advisor regularly
• Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation
• Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs
• Assist in mentoring technician trainees
• Attend company and factory training
• Keep current with factory technical bulletins
• Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations (such as disposal of hazardous waste)
