Responsibilities

• Interior cleaning, carpet shampooing, floors, lamps, furniture, and restrooms.
• Exterior maintenance including raking, mowing, and snow removal.
• Maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings.
• Move office furniture and equipment as directed.
• Assume duties of housekeeping staff in their absence.
• Monitor and remove garbage, recycling and refuse.
• Maintain documentation and comply with safety standards.

Schedule

7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday with rotating weekends.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

1. Interior:
   1. cleaning & shampooing carpets
   2. cleans, strips, & waxes floors
   3. cleans &/or changes lamps/bulbs/light lenses
   4. cleans furniture, ceilings, walls
   5. sanitizes restrooms
   6. mirror replacements
   7. unplugging sinks & toilets
2. Exterior:
   1. raking, mowing, & landscape maintenance
   2. cleans &/or changes lamps/bulbs/light lenses
   3. snow removal
3. Maintenance & repair:
   1. painting of equipment, inside & outside buildings, and accessories
   2. repair of furniture, fixtures, & equipment
      1. cleaning equipment
      2. snow blowers
      3. mowers
      4. air conditioners
      5. furnaces
4. Moves office furniture and equipment as directed
5. Assumes duties of housekeeping staff in their absence.
6. Monitors and removes garbage, paper, recycling products, and other refuse
7. Maintains documentation as required
8. Complies with all safety and quality assurance standards and procedures
9. Performs Security Guard duties
10. Sends, receives, unloads, and distributes shipments of materials as directed
11. Performs related functions as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent, plus one (1) year of experience in general maintenance work; or any combination of education, training and experience, which provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.

• Valid Wisconsin Driver's License
• Must be able to pass FBI background check process
