Job summary

Concerto Renal Services seeks a Facility & Water Specialist to oversee water treatment, facility maintenance, and supply coordination for dialysis units, including startups and closures. You will serve as the subject-matter expert on dialysis machine operation and ensure clinic-level coordination of machinery and repairs.

This role emphasizes maintaining water treatment systems, equipment calibration, safety compliance, and support for new unit setups.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to staff on water treatment and hemodialysis equipment operation and principles.
• Maintain, repair, and oversee all water treatment and medical equipment, ensuring proper documentation and disinfection.
• Calibrate and document testing equipment, collect water samples for analysis, and report any non-compliance with standards.
• Support new dialysis unit setups and closures, including site assessments, construction monitoring, and IT setup.
• Conduct regular inspections, coordinate repairs, respond to emergencies, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Why is this Role Essential?

Concerto is seeking a Facility & Water Specialist who oversees water treatment responsibilities, facility maintenance and assistance with supply coordination in Concerto’s dialysis dens, whether at established units or related to new den startups and/or closures. Facility & Water Specialists are the subject matter experts on the functionality of Concerto’s dialysis machines and the primary contact for coordinating machines and facility maintenance and repairs at the clinic level.

What Will You Do?
