TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is seeking a full-time Facility & Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at the Customer Service Center in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Prior warehouse and management experience required.
• Schedule monthly warehouse inventory review and reporting.
• Oversees and coordinates the activity of subordinates and contractors within the warehouse and mail room.
• Ability to work efficiently with Microsoft Office and a PC
• Approves and assists in biweekly Time and Attendance reporting for all direct reports.
• Interact and manage outside contractors and vendors for building and equipment maintenance, and repairs.
• Perform or schedule basic building maintenance and repairs.
• Identify vendors and regularly negotiate best prices for frequently used items.
• Work with all departments to centralize purchasing of office, janitorial, and other miscellaneous items.
• Receive incoming deliveries and process all necessary paperwork.
• Maintain office, mail room, and other miscellaneous facility equipment.
• Maintain and operate forklift.
• Maintain required certifications and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Work with management to ensure that operations are compliant with PCI physical security requirements.
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job
