CompX National in Mauldin, SC is hiring a Facility / Utility Maintenance Technician for the first shift. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, basic repairs, and keeping industrial equipment running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow detailed oral or written instructions.
• Must be a self-starter, punctual and reliable, and a team player.
• Experience and proficiency with utility / facility / machine maintenance and/or repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on industrial machines to keep them running properly.
• Inspect equipment, find problems, and make basic repairs as needed.
• Perform general cleaning, painting, and repairs throughout the facility.
• Use hand tools and power tools for minor maintenance repairs.
• Provide assistance to maintenance staff and other employees when necessary.
• Repair and maintain clips for the Continuous Line.
• Repair and maintain barrels for the Barrel Line.
• Perform preventative maintenance on various types of machines.
• Must follow all company safety rules and regulations.
• Other tasks may be required as needed.

Shift: First

Pay: $19.79 - $25.29 DOE
