Arcosa Wind Towers, Inc. is seeking a Facility Service Tech in Tulsa, OK. The role encompasses heavy-duty cleaning, yard maintenance, and a broad range of trades from painting to basic carpentry and plumbing.

You will perform maintenance tasks, coordinate with team members, and adhere to OSHA and company safety standards while ensuring professional property presentation and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in a similar role.
• Must be able to operate basic equipment and machinery.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Paint interior/exterior surfaces and patch drywall to maintain appearance.
• Install and repair flooring systems including vinyl, LVP, laminate, and carpet tile.
• Repair drywall, patch/tape/mud and textures to match finishes.
• Perform basic carpentry: trim, doors, shelving, and hardware repairs.
• Replace lighting fixtures and troubleshoot minor electrical issues.
• Replace ceiling tiles and report water intrusion or structural concerns.
• Repair and install cabinetry and millwork components.
• Perform basic plumbing repairs and fix leaks.
• Clean and maintain common areas; pressure wash surfaces and ensure sanitation.
• Operate forklifts, tractors, and skid steers following safety rules.
• Complete unit turn cleaning, sanitize kitchens and bathrooms, manage waste.
