Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete all work orders and manage the electronic work order system
• Perform hands‑on repairs including light carpentry
• Conduct routine inspections for maintenance compliance
• Participate in special building projects as directed
• Be in a 10‑week on‑call rotation for nights and weekends
