Job summary

Kelly Services in Warrendale, PA is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks across a facility.

You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, run conduit and wiring, install and relocate equipment, and coordinate with contractors for larger projects.

The role emphasizes hands-on skills with common tools, safe ladder use, and a proactive approach to identify when outside help is needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance, field service, electro-mechanical maintenance, building maintenance, or a related technical role.
• Working knowledge of mechanical and basic electrical systems.
• Experience with basic conduit, wiring, cable routing, or low-voltage installations.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using common hand and power tools.
• Ability to safely use ladders and occasionally operate a scissor lift.
