Job summary

West Coast Burkert Contromatic Corp. in Huntersville, NC, seeks a maintenance technician to support preventive maintenance of building technology and installations. You will plan and execute routine tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct preventive maintenance to avoid unplanned downtime and extend building technology life.
• Care for indoor and outdoor installations.
• Coordinate winter service if necessary with external providers.
• Maintain equipment and fleet and autonomous procurement of consumables.
• Perform minor repairs on sanitary and building equipment.
• On-call coverage for technical equipment, including weekends, in coordination with the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To plan and conduct the preventive maintenance to avoid unplanned downtimes and extend the lifetime of the building technology.
• Care for the indoor and outdoor installations.
• Coordination of the winter service (if necessary through external providers).
• Care and maintenance of the equipments (fleet, motorized assistive devices, etc.).
• Autonomous acquisition of consumables and auxiliary materials in consideration of the laws and standards.
• Implementation of minor repairs regarding sanitary, building equipment.
• Autonomous consideration of the efficiency (own repair or third-party service).
• Control the tecnical equipment (even at weekends), on-call service in consultation with the team.

REQUIREMENTS:
