Job summary

Clean Harbors, Inc. in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Facility Technician to join the team and operate in the oil treatment water area, processing oily water to meet safety and environmental standards. The Day Shift runs Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm with overtime and Saturdays as needed.

Pay is $23.00 per hour, and regular full-time employment includes comprehensive benefits after 30 days. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and maintenance of permit compliance while working

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Yellow iron equipment operation experience a huge plus but not required will train.
• Ability to use computer efficiently.
• Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Work in oil water treatment area.
• Submit documentation for waste tracking and movement.
• Maintain area compliance with permit standards.
• Meet or exceed daily production goals.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• All other duties as required by management.

Clean Harbors located in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Facility Technician to add to their team. The Facility Technician will work in the oil treatment water area of the facility processing oily water.

Shift: Day Shift: Monday-Friday: 7:00am-5:00pm. Overtime and Saturdays as needed.

Pay: $23.00/HR
